Automate enrollment agreement Template using Moon Invoice Bot

Explore a no-code way to build fully-automated enrollment agreement workflow with Moon Invoice bot

• To start creating a new automated enrollment agreement workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to customize it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for users to complete.

  

• After you’ve added or created enrollment agreement, the next stage is assigning this document and its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are created for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated enrollment agreement workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Moon Invoice bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Choose All bots in the top left area to see the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Moon Invoice bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated enrollment agreement workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you intend to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
