Automate faculty evaluation Template using Power Bi Bot

Discover a no-code approach to create fully-automated faculty evaluation workflow with Power Bi bot

• To begin setting up a new automated faculty evaluation workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill in.

  

• After you’ve added or created faculty evaluation, the next step is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, go to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated faculty evaluation workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Power Bi bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left area to view the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Power Bi bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated faculty evaluation workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it operates by choosing Test
  • choose Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
