Automate student observation Template using ChangeTower Bot

Explore a no-code way to build fully-automated student observation workflow with ChangeTower bot

• To start creating a new automated student observation workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created student observation, the next stage is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are created for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated student observation workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a ChangeTower bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to find the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the ChangeTower bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated student observation workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
