Use Textline Bot for Automating doctor diagnosis Template

Discover a no-code way to build fully-automated doctor diagnosis workflow with Textline bot

• To start setting up a new automated doctor diagnosis workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created doctor diagnosis, the next stage is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, go to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated doctor diagnosis workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Textline bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left area to see the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Textline bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated doctor diagnosis workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • click Finish later if you intend to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
