Use Learnistic Bot for Automating medical note Template

Discover a no-code way to build fully-automated medical note workflow with Learnistic bot

• To start setting up a new automated medical note workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to personalize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for individuals to fill in.

  

• After you’ve added or created medical note, the next step is assigning this document and its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are intended for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated medical note workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Learnistic bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to check out the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Learnistic bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated medical note workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
