Use CauseVox Bot for Automating mental health questionnaire Template

Discover a no-code way to build fully-automated mental health questionnaire workflow with CauseVox bot

• To start creating a new automated mental health questionnaire workflow, go to the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill in.

  

• After you’ve added or created mental health questionnaire, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, go to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated mental health questionnaire workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a CauseVox bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots is limited. Choose All bots in the top left corner to find the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the CauseVox bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated mental health questionnaire workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
