Automate patient demographic Template using More Trees Bot

Explore a no-code approach to develop fully-automated patient demographic workflow with More Trees bot

• To start building a new automated patient demographic workflow, check out the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created patient demographic, the next stage is assigning this document along with its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are created for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated patient demographic workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a More Trees bot to the step, hover over the step you intend to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Choose All bots in the top left area to see the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the More Trees bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated patient demographic workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
