Use Confluence Cloud Bot for Automating therapy booking Template

Discover a no-code approach to build fully-automated therapy booking workflow with Confluence Cloud bot

• To begin creating a new automated therapy booking workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created therapy booking, the next stage is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated therapy booking workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Confluence Cloud bot to the step, hover over the step you intend to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Choose All bots in the top left area to view the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Confluence Cloud bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated therapy booking workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
