Automate dental estimate Template using Client Hub Bot

Explore a no-code approach to create fully-automated dental estimate workflow with Client Hub bot

• To begin developing a new automated dental estimate workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to personalize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for individuals to complete.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created dental estimate, the next stage is assigning this document along with its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated dental estimate workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Client Hub bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots is limited. Choose All bots in the top left area to see the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Client Hub bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated dental estimate workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you intend to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
