Use GoLinks Bot for Automating fitness assessment Template

Discover a no-code approach to develop fully-automated fitness assessment workflow with GoLinks bot

• To begin setting up a new automated fitness assessment workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and upload your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to complete.

  

• After you’ve added or created fitness assessment, the next step is assigning this document and its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated fitness assessment workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a GoLinks bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to view the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the GoLinks bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated fitness assessment workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
