Use LeadOwl Bot for Automating health appraisal Template

Explore a no-code way to build fully-automated health appraisal workflow with LeadOwl bot

• To begin creating a new automated health appraisal workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created health appraisal, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated health appraisal workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a LeadOwl bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to view the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the LeadOwl bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated health appraisal workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • click Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
