Use Slickstream Bot for Automating patient consent Template

Explore a no-code approach to build fully-automated patient consent workflow with Slickstream bot

• To begin developing a new automated patient consent workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to customize it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for individuals to complete.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created patient consent, the next stage is assigning this document and its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated patient consent workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Slickstream bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to view the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Slickstream bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated patient consent workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
