Use Paperbell Bot for Automating pet health record Template

Explore a no-code approach to create fully-automated pet health record workflow with Paperbell bot

• To start setting up a new automated pet health record workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill out.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created pet health record, the next step is assigning this document and its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated pet health record workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Paperbell bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to see the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Paperbell bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated pet health record workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it operates by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
