Automate schedule an appointment Template using Bannerbear Bot

Discover a no-code approach to develop fully-automated schedule an appointment workflow with Bannerbear bot

• To start creating a new automated schedule an appointment workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created schedule an appointment , the next step is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are intended for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated schedule an appointment workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Bannerbear bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to find the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Bannerbear bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated schedule an appointment workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • click Finish later if you intend to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
