of fields to capture the necessary information for the holiday request. Next, we need to integrate this form with Microsoft Planner. Let's head over to Power Automate. In Power Automate, click on "Create" to start a new flow. We'll choose the "Automated flow" option. For the trigger, search for and select "Microsoft Forms - When a new response is submitted". Choose the form we just created, "Holiday Request", as the form. Next, we need to add an action. Search for and select "Planner - Create a task". Choose the Planner and Plan where you want the tasks to be created. For the task details, set the Title to be the concatenation of First Name and Last Name fields from the form. For the Description, you can include additional information about the holiday request, such as the start and end dates. Once you've filled out the necessary information, click on "Save" to save the flow. Now that the form and planner are integrated, the next step is to integrate it with Microsoft Outlook calendar. Open the Planner tab we opened earlier. Click on the three dots for the plan you want to integrate with Outlook and choose "Add Plan to Outlook Calendar". This will add the plan's tasks to your Outlook calendar. And that's it! You have successfully created a Microsoft Form to capture holiday requests, integrated it with Microsoft Planner, and added the Planner tasks to your Outlook calendar. This workflow is incredibly useful for managing holiday requests and keeping track of your colleagues' holidays.
