How to Automate The Weekly Timesheet approval using Flow template

status, who it was requested from, when it was requested, and any comments that were included with the request. If I click on one of the requests, it will open up the details pane on the right hand side. Here, I can see more information about the request, such as the description, any attachments, and a history of all the comments and actions that have been taken on the request. Now, let's go ahead and create a new approval request. I'll click on the "New Request" button at the top right hand corner. This opens up a form where I can fill in all the necessary details for the request. I'll give it a title, select who I want to request the approval from, add a due date, and include any attachments or comments that are relevant to the request. Once I've filled out all the details, I can click on the "Submit" button. This will send the request to the approver, and it will show up in their "Received" category. Now, let's switch over to the perspective of the approver. I'll click on the "Received" category on the left hand side. Here, I can see all the requests that have been sent to me for approval. If I click on one of the requests, it will open up the details pane on the right hand side, just like before. From here, I have a few different options. I can approve the request, reject it, or add a comment. I can also add attachments or forward the request to someone else for their approval. Once I've taken the desired action, I can click on the "Submit" button to save my response. And that's it! That's a basic overview of how to use the approvals app in Microsoft Teams. Remember, you can also access the app from within a chat or channel, as well as automate approval processes using Flow templates. And if you need to access the app outside of Teams, you can do so through SharePoint. I hope this was helpful, and thank you for joining me today!
