Automate online credit application Template using Trustpilot Bot

Explore a no-code approach to create fully-automated online credit application workflow with Trustpilot bot

• To begin creating a new automated online credit application workflow, go to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to complete.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created online credit application, the next stage is assigning this document and its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated online credit application workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Trustpilot bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left area to find the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Trustpilot bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated online credit application workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • click Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
