Use Cartfuel Bot for Automating rental invoice Template

Explore a no-code approach to build fully-automated rental invoice workflow with Cartfuel bot

• To start setting up a new automated rental invoice workflow, go to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to customize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created rental invoice, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated rental invoice workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Cartfuel bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to find the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Cartfuel bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated rental invoice workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to send out your workflow
