Use Planview AgilePlace Bot for Automating freelance invoice Template

Discover a no-code way to build fully-automated freelance invoice workflow with Planview AgilePlace bot

• To start developing a new automated freelance invoice workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to personalize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for recipients to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created freelance invoice, the next stage is assigning this document and its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the page.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated freelance invoice workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Planview AgilePlace bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left area to check out the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Planview AgilePlace bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated freelance invoice workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it works by choosing Test
  • choose Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
