Automate lab report Template using BP Pay Bot

Discover a no-code approach to build fully-automated lab report workflow with BP Pay bot

• To begin building a new automated lab report workflow, check out the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to modify it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for users to complete.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created lab report, the next step is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, proceed to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are meant for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated lab report workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a BP Pay bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left area to check out the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the BP Pay bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated lab report workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • choose Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
