Automate student profile Template using Quipu Bot

Discover a no-code way to build fully-automated student profile workflow with Quipu bot

• To start developing a new automated student profile workflow, navigate to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to modify it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for individuals to complete.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created student profile, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated student profile workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Quipu bot to the step, hover over the step you intend to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left corner to see the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Quipu bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated student profile workflow is configured, you can:

  • check how it operates by selecting Test
  • click Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
