Automate parental consent Template using Green Future Project Bot

Explore a no-code way to create fully-automated parental consent workflow with Green Future Project bot

• To start developing a new automated parental consent workflow, check out the dashboard and click Start. Choose Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to customize it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for users to fill out.

  

• After you’ve added or created parental consent, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which recipients.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated parental consent workflow is setting up the no-code bots. To add a Green Future Project bot to the step, hover over the step you need to automate and choose the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Choose All bots in the top left corner to view the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Find the Green Future Project bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated parental consent workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by selecting Test
  • select Finish later if you intend to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
