Automate student registration Template using Planfix Bot

Explore a no-code way to develop fully-automated student registration workflow with Planfix bot

• To begin setting up a new automated student registration workflow, go to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• Once a document is uploaded or imported, you can insert fillable fields to modify it. Place fields anywhere in a document to make it easier for recipients to complete.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created student registration, the next stage is assigning this document and its particular fields to recipients.

  

• Next, navigate to the Assign fields dropdown to specify which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The last stage of configuring an automated student registration workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a Planfix bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of offered bots has limitations. Select All bots in the top left area to find the complete list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the Planfix bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot configurations.

  

• Now that your automated student registration workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it operates by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to go back to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
