Use not8 Bot for Automating contest entry Template

Discover a no-code way to build fully-automated contest entry workflow with not8 bot

• To start creating a new automated contest entry workflow, go to the dashboard and click Start. Select Design workflow and add your document or create it from scratch.

  

• After a document is uploaded or imported, you can add fillable fields to personalize it. Place fields where you need it in a document to make it easier for users to fill in.

  

• After you’ve uploaded or created contest entry, the next step is assigning this document along with its fields to individuals.

  

• Next, go to the Assign fields dropdown to indicate which document fields are intended for which users.

  

• Once done, click Continue at the bottom of the screen.

  

• The final stage of configuring an automated contest entry workflow is adding the no-code bots. To add a not8 bot to the step, hover over the step you want to automate and select the Add bot to step option.

  

• At this stage, the list of available bots is limited. Select All bots in the top left corner to find the full list of the bots you can add to the step. Alocate the not8 bot, click Install bot, and configure the bot settings.

  

• Now that your automated contest entry workflow is set up, you can:

  • check how it works by choosing Test
  • select Finish later if you plan to return to the workflow setup
  • click Publish to email your workflow
