in this video you will be learning how to create a performer invoice in microsoft excel so firstly open an excel workbook select page layout merge first five rows and three columns now merge these cells add here your company's logo write here performer invoice leave one row and write your company name street address phone number email etc add here date invoice number and due date merge the cells change color and enter here bill too add here recipient name company name and other details as i mentioned you can even include or exclude any information as per your requirement same as it is merge these cells change color and enter ship to add here recipient name company name and other information again leave one row and enter sequence number merge these cells and description quantity unit price and amount select these cells and change color select rows up to 30th and press ctrl t to insert a table select my table has headers choose table color as per your choice i'll go with this one now remove the filter select these cells go to table design convert to range and merge merge these cells for description select whole table and add border lines now merge these cells change color and enter subtotal discount bed and grand total merge these cells and you can write something like thank you for your business add here terms and other comments add here your terms and any other comment you may have merge the cells and add prepared by same as it is merge these cells and add authorized by now we will add formulas for calculation we can add here a simple formula which is quantity multiplied by unit price but the issue is that it will show the zero in all the cells even if there is no value or item added so to hide the zeros we'll use this formula which is equal if quantity is greater than zero then do multiply quantity with unit price if not then show nothing after that just drag the formula to all the cells it has changed our cell colors so just we need to change the color again now add here some formula then for the discount put equals subtotal multiply five percent you can adjust discount percentage ing to your percentage then for the white same formula can be used just put equal brackets subtotal minus discount bracket close multiply five percent to get the grand total put equal subtotal minus discount plus where you can format these values as per your currency now let's add some sample items to see how the calculation works let's adjust last column as you can see everything works fine so this is how you can make a performer invoice easily hope this is gonna help you a lot if you haven't subscribed our channel yet do consider to subscribe see you in next video allah hafiz
