I'm sure there are those that have been asking this question all along. I've been to the World Trade Organization (WTO) a lot and have a hard time getting past the fact that they allow a corporation to block people from using their business and not even ask for permission to use some services. Furthermore, I have no idea why people don't like this policy. This is an anti-trust organization. That's why we need to have a federal government that can act like this. The people that work with them are working every day with real people who want to make sure they're doing business with NEAR. So, in the end, why would they come across the way they are coming across other businesses, which makes it difficult for them to remain free from interference by the government? If it does happen that your company can't open in the United States (or anywhere else), you could still ask their management office to make sure they can maintain their corporate name. The US federal government has some flexibility for companies that they can't use for marketing purposes. Just because it's part of the government does not mean that it is a business that you can't open.
